Our scientific journal has a big list of the authors, who ever gave us their manuscripts to publish on the column of „Élelmiszervizsgálati Közlemények / Journal of Food Investigations) since 1955. Unfortunately firstly the list was made on Hungarian, and later we decided to publish it for the international readers society too. That is why, the catalogue of authors remained in Hungarian grammar rules: the first part of their name is the FAMILY („second name) typed with bold letters, the following name are the first („forename, Christian name) typing with normal letters.
We hope you will not get any complications to find the name of scientists, who are in your interest scope.
