Dear Readers, Authors!
From the year of 2021, ÉVIK will appear in a new form, only on a digital platform. The address of the website remains unchanged at www.eviko.hu. As our journal has been included in the DOI (Digital Object Identification) system, it has become necessary to include the DOI references of the cited sources in the bibliography of scientific papers published in the journal. For example, DOI sign can be easily retrieved using an application available free of charge at https://doi.crossref.org/simpleTextQuerywebsite by copying a Word file of the bibliography into the “Enter text in the box below” field of the application via a clipboard (CTRLC/CTRLV).
Please provide the exact names, academic degrees, telephone numbers, e-mail addresses, and ORCIDs of all authors alongside your dissertations. The latter ID can also be requested free of charge after registration on the website www.orcid.org.

A new column starts with the Vol. 68 of JFI
With the volume 68th of JFI (Journal of Food Investigation), we start a new column, in which we report on the scientific results of the Food Analysis and Quality Working Committee of the Hungarian Academy of Sciences publishing short, summary papers. We will maintain a continuous relationship between the Working Committee and the Editorial Board of JFI with contribution of the teachers of Budapest University of Technology and Economics, Sándor Tömösközi, president, associate professor and Zsuzsanna Bugyi Kormos, secretary, distinguished assistant professor.

Book recommendation
Prof. Dr. Ákos Péter Biacs, a member the Editorial Board of the Journal of Food Investigation, has published a professional curriculum vitae presenting his scientific career in the light of food and biotechnology science. The author will dedicate his book during the Festive Book Week Budapest, on Friday, September 3, 2021, from 3 pm to 4 pm in Pavilion 22 of Vigadó Square Budapest. The title of his book is: “My career in the light of food and biotechnology”.
